Three major steps in the production of industrial aluminum profiles

  One or three major steps

  There are three main steps in the production of aluminum profiles, namely casting, kneading and coloring. Melting and casting is the primary process for the production of aluminum profiles. It is the process of casting aluminum into a product after it has been melted at a high temperature. Kneading is a method of forming aluminum profiles. First, the mold is designed according to the section of the aluminum profile, and then the heated round casting bar is extruded from the die using an industrial aluminum kneading machine. The commonly used trademark 6063 alloy aluminum profile has an air-cooling quenching and artificial aging process during kneading, and the heat treatment is strengthened after completion. Coloring is the way of surface treatment of aluminum profiles. There are different specific methods depending on the coloring requirements of different aluminum profiles.

  Second, six major processes

  The six main processes for aluminum profile production are in the casting step and the coloring step.

  The main three processes of the coloring process are surface pretreatment of aluminum profiles, anodization, and sealing. The kneaded aluminum profile has a surface that is not highly resistant to corrosion and must be anodized for surface treatment to increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and surface aesthetics of the aluminum profile. The surface pretreatment of the aluminum profile is to clean the surface of the aluminum profile by chemical or physical means, and expose the pure substrate to facilitate the obtaining of a fine and fine artificial oxide film. Anodizing is the anodic oxidation of the surface of the substrate under certain conditions, resulting in a fine, porous, strong adsorption AL203 film. The sealing hole mainly closes the pores of the pores of the porous oxide film formed by anodization, so that the oxide film is prevented from being contaminated, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance are enhanced. One trick here is to adsorb some metal salts in the pores of the film, which can make the surface of the aluminum surface flash in many colors other than natural (silver), such as black, bronze, gold and stainless steel.

  The casting process has three main processes, batching, smelting, and forging. The ingredients are based on the demand for aluminum profiles and market standards, calculate the proportion of various alloy components, and rationally adjust the amount of raw materials for aluminum profiles. Smelting is to add the prepared raw materials to the melting furnace for melting, and to remove the melt impurities by the degassing and slag removing technology. Forging is the process of forming a round cast rod. The smelted aluminum liquid is passed through a deep well forging system and cooled and forged into round cast rods of different specifications.

  Finally, it is worth mentioning that before the aluminum profile is installed, the other special alloys should be separated from the ordinary alloys for furnace aging. Because of the production reasons, it is necessary to use the special alloy process for aging, otherwise the aluminum profiles The hardness will not reach satisfactory results.
